Geranium Oil
Derived from the South African Geranium plant, this oil has been used for many years to treat a variety of health conditions. Geranium essential oil is antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiseptic, making it an effective solution for reducing body breakouts, rashes, and irritation. Research has shown that the oil’s pleasant scent also reduces stress, anxiety, and depression.
Lavender Oil
Lavender’s healing properties make it a great ingredient for soothing irritated skin and healing wounds and infections. Known for its relaxing and sleep-inducing effects, this essential oil is commonly used to combat insomnia, anxiety, and general stress. Lavender can also be beneficial in reducing fine lines and wrinkles, thanks to its high number of antioxidants.
Thyme Oil
Thyme oil has been shown to have benefits for your internal health, but it also has many impressive topical results as well. This oil has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects when used on the body. This makes it effective in reducing acne-causing bacteria and soothing redness. When used in a massage oil, this ingredient may also be useful as a hair-loss treatment.
